How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Is shipping really free?
Yes — free shipping on every order, no minimum.

What if my item arrives damaged or doesn't work?
Contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you — your choice.

Can I return something I just don't like?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery for a full refund. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.

How do I track my order?
Your tracking number is emailed when your order ships. If you didn't receive it, contact us with your order number.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only.
